Wuevo is a derivative of the word: ”huevo”, a Spanish word that means egg. An egg offers a natural shell protection, which we hope your WUEVO helmet will provide you.
The company ”Les Protections Kocask inc.” is a Canadian entity whose mandate is to offer people with an active lifestyle as well as athletes a product that insure the security of its people and reduces the effect of the impact to your head.
We conceived the CSA (hockey) approved WUEVO helmet to fill a need for girls and women that would like to practice a sport but are looking for head protection that is more practical and esthetically more appealing. Its uniqueness provides attributes that a regular helmet simply cannot offer such as a place for ponytails, or braid to come out of the helmet for better comfort as well as appealing colours and design. All that while providing increased safety while practicing a sport and being CSA (hockey) approved.
