Are there any charges for return? As we are a boutique shop, There is a 30% restocking fee for all pre-made dresses. There is a 20% restocking fee for all other products unless exchanged. Original shipping charge is non-refundable You are responsible for return shipping charges back to our location/warehouse
I need to make an exchange? Purchase the replacement item(s) as normal Make a return on the items you don't need A refund will be issued when the return is received with any restocking fee waived.

How soon will I get my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
