figure skates Vancouver Canada

Maybe it’s the early mornings at the rink before school. Maybe it’s the friendships built between sessions. Maybe it’s the coaches who give everything to help skaters grow—not just in performance, but in confidence. Or maybe it’s the families cheering from the stands with coffee in hand at 7 a.m.

Whatever it is, the skating community across British Columbia continues to be one of the most passionate, supportive, and inspiring communities in Canada.

From Vancouver Island to the Interior, the Lower Mainland to the Yukon, the last few months have been full of incredible performances, personal bests, and exciting podium finishes. We wanted to take a moment to celebrate some of the standout athletes who’ve made this season unforgettable—and look ahead to what’s next.
