Celebrating Our Skating Stars: Recent Competition Highlights

Over the past few months, skaters from BC, Yukon, Alberta, and Saskatchewan have delivered standout performances across regional and national events:

  • BC/YT Super Series Summer Skate (Burnaby)

    • Junior Women’s Champion: Emma Liu (BC)
    • Novice Men’s Champion: Caleb Wong (BC)
    • Pre-Novice Ice Dance: Team Chen & Laurier (BC)

  • 2025 NextGen Competition

    • Featured rising stars from across Canada, including strong showings from BC and Alberta skaters in singles and ice dance categories

  • Wild Rose Invitational (Alberta)

    • Alberta and Saskatchewan skaters dominated the Star 5–Gold categories, with Ava Thompson and Liam Park earning top placement
