If you receive your product from us with these issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo documentation of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

Are there any charges for return?
As we are a boutique shop,
There is a 30% restocking fee for all dresses.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all other products unless exchanged.
Original shipping charge is non-refundable
You are responsible for return shipping charges back to our warehouse
I need to make an exchange?
Purchase the replacement item(s) as normal
Make a return on the items you don't need
A refund will be issued when the return is received with any restocking fee waived.
How do I return?

Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
IMPORTANT: Add your return tracking to the system once shipped
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
